How do I fix Sony VGN-NW240F Motion Eye?

I'd had the lap top for about 8 months now and used the webcam about 40~60 times, with no problems, but now I can't seem to get it to work
Things I've done:
Uninstalled-Reinstalled Driver
Uninstalled-Reinstalled WebCam Program
Uninstalled-Reinstalled VAIO Updater
UpDated Software, and Drivers

But none have worked.
