when ever i turn the phone on it goes to a waiting for activation screen then shuts down real fast then turns on by itself and says the same thing on the screen then shutsdown again and so on. unless i turn the phone off. i just activated it yesterday i was texting on it then left the room and came back and it was doing that. i dont know what to do and tmobile isnt helping me
