how do i fix my cylinder head on my mazda mx3?

i found whats wrong it has a pin on the side of the shaft that has been sheared off but i cant get the shaft off without taking off the motor mounts and i really dont want to do that can someone help me plz

I can tell you though that for that exact reason, nobody wants to work in automotive these days. Depending on what "shaft" you are referring to, you may be able to access it via the wheel well with removing a tire.
 
There comes a time when we figure out your out of your depth. Take the car to a Mazda mechanic. Those rotary motors need experience to fix them right.
