How do i fix my '89 toyota celica?

I was driving my car 1 day and the engine started to lag and lose power then white smoke started spewing out of my exhaust pipe then it died and i had to have it towed home.But the engine isn't seized so I don't know whats wrong and I don't think its a head gasket

its either a head gasket or intake manifold gasket.
