Since I got my ram its had two transmission problems.
First after driving for about 30 miles on the freeway the o/d kicks off and im driving in 4th gear for about 5-10 miles until the o/d off light turns back off.
The second recent problem I am having is that going around 40 mph the tranny wont shift into the next gear unless I let off the gas. And now it works fine until I hit the first stop light then it wont shift out of the first gear and unless I stop the truck, put it in park, and then drive it again for a few miles until I repeat the process.
I wanted to know if anyone has ever had this problem and know what to do to fix it (the check engine has been on as well).
