J Joy L New member Oct 19, 2010 #1 I have a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the liftgate window (not the whole door) won't latch shut. How do I reset it so that the window will shut and stay shut when I lock it? Right now it is just flapping open which is not good for the dog in the back.
