The engine has 118,000 miles almost stall out or vibrates shaking the drivers seat once in awhile then runs great like nothing is wrong at all for a little while again.
There are some oil stains near some gaskets on top of the engine. The EGR valve is totally nasty with rusted metal tube & would be a pain to replace.
