I was able to download smileys on a reputable website, now I can't. I get the error, "You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server." It also says I have to manually use the keyboard and clipboard, but when I do it doesn't work. Actually, I am ignorant on how to even explain this to you. Does this have anything to do with scripting? Ascii? Help, I read on the internet, I may be getting hijacked. Do you think a reinstallment will clear up any problem? I was told an reinstallment should be done ever so often to clean your machine. Help again. =] Thank you so much.
