How do i fix a panasonic color convergence problem?

I have a Panasonic Television model number pt-53wx42f its about 4-5 years old and the color convergence will not fix. Specifically the blue color will not move up or down, I can get the color to move left and right but not up or down. I have left the TV off for a several hours unplugged and plugged in with no change. how can i fix this problem?? please serious answers form credible sources.
 
these TVs get major faults after 4-5 years and most are not repairable as the soldering equipment necessary is only available in the factories that make them they cannot be hand soldered, even if repairable a new TV of the same type is generally cheaper or only slightly more than a repair
