How do I fix a clutch problem on a Mazda 96 B3000 (Ford Ranger V6) 4×2?

I've replaced the master cylinder, pulled the transmission and replaced the slave cylinder, and replaced the master cylinder again. I did NOT "bench bleed" the master cylinder. I've bled the system again and again (installed) and the gears keep grinding with the clutch pedal on the floor. I'm not feeling any significant resistance on the clutch pedal until it is nearly ½-way down. Please Help!
The slave cylinder included a new throw-out (clutch release) bearing. Automatic adjustment. No manual adjustments.

the problem is with the slave.... you forgot to bleed it before complete instalation

before you mount it on the trans you have to plug it in to the master and kick the pedal, if you forgot do that im afraid you have to take down the trans again and bleed the slave on the floor

This slave cylinder has to be pumped up after bleeding. So depress the clutch pedal with full strokes (about 50 if I remember right) till it gets extended enough to be in adjustment.
Also there is a residual pressure valve some place in the system that may have failed (in my Bronco II it was in the clutch line).

Did you adjust the pedal height and,the piston on your slave? Also check you fluid level in the tranny. If you're pumping your clutch pedal and it still does it,you may consider the pressure plate could be in a bind.My Dad fixes them but,he doesn't know nothing about the rim sizes(See my post )My dad says he's seen this problem caused by the mentioned problems and the failure to change the pilot bearing but, most of the time it was low fluid or throw out bearing,or air.Hope that helps.
