M m0j0b01 New member Mar 17, 2010 #1 On my 1983 Toyota Tercel, the speedometer doesn't work until 35 MPH. Before 35 the needle just bounces up and down. Is this fixable or do I have to replace it? If replaceable, how much would a new one cost, and how easy is it to replace? Thanks!
