how do i fit a car stereo in a ford focus 2000?

i got the huge ford stereo and i want to take it out because it is big and ugly and i got a small car stereo i want to fit in but it does not have any connections. can i use the ford connections to put it and how do i connect it
the new car stereo has 1square connection and my ford focus has 3 square connections
 
There are stereo wiring harness kit and dash install kits available, so you dont have to cut the wires, you just plug it in and install.
