I have a USB wireless set up with a wireless router. I had to install software (aside from the driver required to run the wireless USB) before installing the driver for the wireless USB. This software slows my computer down. I want to use another wireless USB requiring USB driver installation and not requiring other not needed software. The software I am talking about is CISCO's "network magic". I cannot have wireless connection without this unneeded software. Does anyone have other brands of wireless USB keys only requiring USB driver installation and not other unneeded software?
How do I find wireless USB's not requiring pre-installation software?
