How Do I Find Someone I Met In A Military Base?

I'm in the Army and while I was in training, I met a fellow Marine. I met him one day I went to the community pool in Fort Bliss, TX (where I was doing my training). We didn't talk much but he did mention he was in the Marines. 2nd time was again at the community pool. Then I ran into him with his battle buddy in the PX where I got his name... O'Toole. After that, we hung out only once for just a short moment cause it was late at night and he had to go back to his barracks. We had a connection and got along great but I lost his phone number and it's been about 8 months since we last saw each other. I wanted to know, is there a possible way I can find him? Or at least get his first name? The only info I have are his last name, the fact that he is a Marine and that he's about 20-22. Can some one please help me out with this?
 
Best chance is look him up on face book or myspace. For some damn reason everyone in the military has those. If you don't have any luck on there hopefully you have access to Marine Online, also known as MOL. If not your just up that particular creek without a paddle.
