how do i find out what version of OS is installed on my blackberry curve 8530?

I was going to download a theme for my blackberry curve 8530 and it gave me a choice of two different versions to choice from. I don't have a computer laptop so I can't use the software disc to find out. But I got all the paper work to the phone and about the phone. So if anyone can help please help me
