I have a t.mobile contract and they have billed me £9.37 extra, I have registered online so I can looked at my account online but I don't seem to be able to find what this is for? I have 900 minutes which I know I haven't gone over because I checked, unlimited texts and Unlimited internet I never use 118 or 0800 numbers from my mobile so I don't get what they could have charged me for? I'm a bit skint for money recently so I need to find out before they post me the bill and don't get me started on the phone service I get passed from dial thingys to dial thingys asking me to type in numbers endlessly. so how/where can I find this information on the website?
