A friend of mine had a Serotta bike sitting in his garage that was his dad's but his mom and dad are divorced. I asked what he was doing with it so he said I can have it since I'm into road bikes. I usually deal with old schwinns so I was unfamiliar with this bike but when I got home I looked online and all I saw was bikes from $1,600 to $9,000 bucks so I'm like whoa this kid didn't know what he had.
Anyway its not stolen, and I can't see any other label on the bike other than the "Serotta" logo on the frame. Is there a serial number or anything I can look for to establish what bike I actually have? I'm curious to see how much it's worth.
