My neighbor kids (appx 10-13 years old) are CONSTANTLY riding this BMX looking bike that has a motor on it and goes pretty fast down the side walk. I've yelled at them a few times to quit cutting through our grass with it, but they have only stopped a little. It looks dangerous and I never see any adult supervisor with this bike AND they are not wearing helmets. It's really loud and annoying to me. I called the police on them riding in the street during the fall but nobody ever showed up. I hate to call the police again if this little motor-bike is legal. How do I find out if it is legal or not? I HATE this stupid bike!
(LOL - you'd think I was 90 years old by the sounds of this but I'm only 25 - just a fed-up homeowner!!)
