How do I find out if my 1997 Dodge Dakota is still under warranty?

The warranty expired about 8 years ago. The original factory warranty was 3 years, 36,000 miles which ever comes first. This vehicle is well over 3 years old.

A used car is sold "As Is - No Warranty", unless the seller gave you a written warranty. This rarely happens in a private sale.
