I am planning on applying for a job, and I need to know some details regarding my work history. I already know the places where I previously worked including the addresses and phone numbers. I need to know job titles, supervisors, job descriptions (nature of the work performed and job responsibilities), starting and ending hourly rates/salaries, and specific dates worked. I already know the month and years of the dates I worked, I just need to know the exact days (ex: 09/?/07-01/?/08). I am asking for exact days because some online applications want them. Does anybody know where I can find all this information?
