How do i find auditions for TV?

I hate to break it to you but agencies are important... There really isn't any other way of getting on television, aside from going to college and earning valuable connections there. You should probably try out for things locally, like theatre productions, etc. Most people get a break into the industry by starting small.
 
How do i find auditions for TV without it being a talent agency that costs money??? The talent agencies are fake and do not work!!! Please help im stressin out!!!!
