How do i find a good recruiter to talk to about joining the nation guard?

I am 17 and i talked to the recruter at my asvab test at school, and he said he would call me a week later but never did. I need to have a meeting with a with my mom and a recruiter so i can try to convice her to let me join. I was just wonderin what the best way to contact one and how will all everthing work out? if you have any answers please help!!
