how do i find a diet/exercise plan that's personal to me?

i cant find one anywhere, i want to answer questions and have a calorie intake/ exercise plan thats personal to me. i only wanna lose 10 pounds but for some reason i cant get it off so, i need something thats quick and effective, so if you know where i can find a personalized diet plan or a 2 week diet to lose 10 pounds let me know!
can i get the acai ultimate pills at like walmart or something like that?
