I know this is a vague question, but I just got my first job and I'm not sure how to fill out my W-4 form. The W-4 form my employer gave me is dated 2005, is that correct? Shouldn't I fill out a 2009 form instead?
Also, it's an internship and my boss hasn't told me how much I'm going to get paid. I'm going to be working part time 10 to 20 hours a week. Does this mean I'm exempt? I'm really confused because it's my first job. Any help would be great. thanks.
