...doesn't have a physical address? My business is conducted over the internet, and therefore we do not currently have a physical office location. On the Statement of Information that I must file in California, I have to include my "STREET ADDRESS OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE" -- and it doesn't allow a P.O. Box.
Do I have to put my personal residence? I guess I have to, if this will be where I keep records related to by business. But if I do, would this information be available to the public or through accessible records? I really don't want people knowing my home address.
