How do I figure out what knife and machete laws are for hiking in the state park?

Its Florida. I found one website but its not very clear at all.
Honestly I don't even own a machete, but they sell a ton of them and tomahawks in the sporting goods store and I found myself thinking these probably aren't legal anywhere but your property

machetes are not used on state land. cutting by permit only in N.J. and elsewhere too.
