how do I figure out my 'real' due date?

my LMP was Jan3/10 but I am VERY irregular the DR. is just going by my period and not date of conception because I know when I had unprotested....so I say my due date is Oct.22/10 ....DR is saying Oct.10/10...appparently ultrasound said it to...I am confused!! Help!!
not unprotested..oops..UNPROTECTED..hehe
