How do I feel better by changing my lifestyle?

Every morning recently I've woke up to feel nausea, more tired, and generally feeling not well. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with my diet and food intake, (I'm not overweight, only 5'7" and weigh about 8 stone), but I was wondering if anyone could suggest some foods I could eat that would possibly make me feel more healthier and less sick in the mornings?

I'm willing to cut certain foods out of my diet if it means feeling better as well.

Hope someone can help!
 
Where I work there is a lady with diabetes,she was feeling poorly.Her doctor told her to drink tonic water.She felt so good other people have started to drink it.I've been a skeptic,but willing to try anything once.I'm going to get some today.she drinks like 4oz.before bed.She said it tastes horrible but she feels so good she does not care.
