I have a blackberry Curve 8320 and i paid for the full version for this app on the computer. I plugged in my BB and even un-installed and re-installed the app and still had no luck. It's still asking me to pay for it again which I don't see as fair since I already paid for it. I emailed support and they have not responded and it has been a couple hours already. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
