How do I export contacts from my HTC Hero to my Mac? Or to another Hero..?

I got a HTC hero a few weeks back and spent all this time taking my contacts from my old phone onto the hero using my sim card. Now they are all saved to the phone, and long story short, some of the software is messing up, so my service provider said they'd swap it out, no worries...! The only thing is I can't figure out how to take all my contacts off to put on the new hero...!

Any advice?
