How do I Enforce a High Court Judgement and seize stock when the defendant is

working from home? Please help? Hi

We are a UK advertising agency and last year we built a website for a client who has since refused to pay the invoiced £3000. We issued a CCJ, took them to court and won by default because they did not provide a defence.

Following some advice from a debt collection agency we raised the CCJ to a HCJ so their 'experienced' bailiffs could seize stock, unfortunately the client is trading from home and keeps all their stock on site, the bailiffs can't force entry into a residential property and the client doesn't have any vehicles that can be seized...

So our dilemma is that we are still £3000 out of pocket, the client is still trading, we have a HCJ that seeming cannot be enforced unless they invite a bailiff in for a cup of tea and just to rub it in, they have ripped the logo we designed for the company and have placed it on their new inferior site... Frustrated is not the word.

Can anyone help, has anyone experienced anything like this before, does anyone have the phone number for the A-Team?

Kind regards
Paul
