How do I enable bluetooth on my netbook?

I have a Acer One and it has the bluetooth hardware installed, but i think i deleted the software completely. So how do I get bluetooth? When i turn it on, Windows XP doesn't configure it and an icon bobs up that there is new hardware that needs to be installed. Do i need to download the software? how can I download it?
 
You could do a search about your bluetooth's software via Google/Yahoo/Bing.

PS Make sure that you include your netbook's model EG MSI Wind u100 plus.
