I have a Toshiba satellite laptop and it has bluetooth but i guess it's not enabled or active. I just discovered that there is a program on the start menu that's called "Bluetooth Settings" and i guess it's for installing or enabling bluetooth but the problem is when its installing bluetooth it says to connect or plug in the bluetooth device and i dont get what that means. does it mean i do have bluetooth on my laptop or that i dont?
How do I enable bluetooth on my Laptop?
