How do I download pics onto a library computer from my Samsung cell phone?

I couldnt find an online manuel, and no-one in stores who is supposed to know- does know!
My phone is an old model SGH-T809.
I do have the cord to plug it in to the computer.
I tried using my e-mail account on receiving end. failed.
