How do i download Music on My Nokia 5230?

I got that phone yesterday from Wind... i am trying to figure out how to download music on my new phone...there are a lot of files and i dont know which files to put the music folders in.. anyone can help.. ill choose best answer for the first person that answers... and plz dont answer if u dont owe this phone... THX
