I have tried to before but I don't know where the hell it is. I have the same problem with another software I was trying to get downloaded. They download and disappear. I tried to get rid of them and start over but they show up in several different folders, a few for Google, at least dozen for the other one if not more. I have no idea what to delete. I am afraid to delete something important. Help. I have Windows 7. BTW, I don't use any microsoft anything except turn the computer on, do & I really need W7? I keep hearing that XP is way better. Would it be worth it to get rid of it & get XP? When it comes time to phase them out, which one will Microshit pretend never existed first? Will it be XP or Vista & 7? When they no longer exist they are not compatible with a lot of stuff.
