how do i download a you tube video or a video off the net for a school report?

I am doing a school report on the deplorable conditions of factory farming and I cannot save the video into my windows media player.

Any help would be awesome
hey retard I am not trying to pass it off as my own. I am trying to do a report on factory farming. I need to show a pic or video so that is what im doing. loser
