I'm effervescent in company, but I'm essentially a loner and don't have any close relationships to anyone outside my family. I've never dated and I'm a virgin. It's not a problem for me, generally. If something happens it happens. I'm 22. I am told that I'm pretty and well dressed. I have a university degree and a good, well paying job which I hope will take me places. I get along with everyone at work and am part of the whole work social environment, but when I leave, that's "Me Time" and I want to be alone. The thing is that half my office is married or divorced and the rest seems to be in long term relationships. People keep asking me if I'm seeing someone, or if I have a date this Saturday night, or whether I'd like to be set up. Given the side of my personality I show at work, how can I avoid people finding out. I really don't want to be teased and people do tend to tease a lot at my office because it's pretty fast paced and stressful. We're kind of bad about making politically incorrect or inappropriate comments.
