How do I dodge a Military Draft, That McCain and Obama both want to bring back?

What are some good ways to dodge a draft.

1) If you are the only living son of your father, you are protected, as you are the only person who can carry on his name.

2) If you have any medical (back or knee problems, etc.) or mental disorders.
 
Well, the first step is to delude yourself into thinking that either one wants to bring back the draft based on rather ephemeral evidence.

In that video McCain agreed that the situation was bad, but didn't really want to adress the question, and Obama was speaking figuratively when he said "all of us go".
 
I would be proud to serve my country but the war is based on lies and greed.
