How do I dodge a Draft, after Martial Law is declared in America?

Do you even own a weapon? You would be fighting for your country if our government tried to impose martial law.
 
Touch question. Take a lot of acid and then go in for the physical. Oh yeah, and keep asking them when you can start killing all those army mens.
 
If you have a physical or mental hardship, they won't draft you. For example: mentally unstable (loony), overweight.
 
what are you? you dont deserve to live america! If you want to enjoy your lovely tv and mc Donald's everyday maybe you should fight for it!
 
If you did (and if your hypothetical martial law were to happen) you would no doubt be labeled a traitor, imprisoned, or killed. A better strategy would be to move to Canada or Mexico, and join their invading fighting force. That way you could still fight against the US, but it would no longer be "your country". If you killed enough Americans during your 'battle" you could win a medal of honor or something from the other country. Then, once the USA was defeated by Canada or Mexico, you could move back.
 
If your goal is to fight against America, perhaps you should disavow your citizenship, move to another country (if one will have you) and become a citizen of that country. It would be a good idea to go to a country that is likely to enter a war against America.

Hope you can get that done real soon. You're basically just a waste of resources here.
