How do I do Army Correspondence Courses on Safari, Mac OS X.6?

I have an issue where the course simply does not load. The Runtime Player screen opens then the dots on the screen just run across forever. Get a second page that opens simultaneously stating I have already completed the course (when of course in all reality I have NOT) that contains a link labeled "Progress Details for DISASTER PLANNING (ATC050A1)" or any other class I may be enrolled in. The link takes me to a brand new Runtime Player screen that will perform that exact action as the first Runtime Player screen.
I have a MacBook Pro, Mac OS X.6, Safari Browser.
