I have an 03 Dodge Neon and I am wanting to do a tuneup on it myself. I have seen it done once to my car and it looked pretty easy. If someone could please let me know what tools I will need as well as the replacement parts I will need, i'd really appreciate it. I do know that I need spark plugs and wires, but i'm just more stumped on what tools I will need. Thank you for any help you can throw my way.
