We have 33 gold WM Rogers presidential spoons. I am unsure if this is a full set; I have seen sets sold on-line ranging from 29 to 36 pieces. Some are considered "vintage", while others are "commemorative". How do I tell the difference, and whether they are gold plated, or gold filled, etc.
