I used to be a nail technician and I have some old product such as acrylic liquid and powder that I need to dispose of. I live in San Diego County California. Can anyone tell me what is the proper way to do so? I tried looking at the San Diego Environmental Health web page but couldn't find anything that addressed this issue directly. Please help! I have kept so long because I was not sure what to do with it. Thanks!
