The band I'm in originally was going to be 2 guitars, bass, and drums (Me on vocals and bass btw). However the 2 guitarists decided to recruit another person into the band without discussing it with me and our drummer. And I know that this new addition is going to be gone pretty quickly but then again maybe not. I want to tell the others that it would be wise to kick out this new addition, but I have a feeling that they'll disagree. How can I tell them in the easiest way? I should probably tell you that the new addition is just going to be doing vocals, nothing more. The new addition hasn't contributed at all to anything.
How do I discuss this with my band-mates?
