I don't think I'm shy with people but have a truly, deep-rooted phobia of blonde-hair blue-eyed females. I'm dark-skinned 28 yr old male in Australia.

There are 3 pale blonde women in my jobplace and it almost burns me down when I have to interact with them for anything. Due to my phobia, my first response is to avoid them in any possible way. No eye contact, no exchange of greetings, no friendly talk, no smile and I try not to have any sort of work clubbed with them.

I haven't discussed this problem with anyone so far. Been in Australia for 8 years. know it's wrong to judge people on how they look. That is why I don't feel any hatred towards them. It's just a huge discomfort level I'm talking of.

My rationalization is maybe it's just when you're around people who look nothing like you, you're extremely cautious in dealing with them. Maybe oversensitive as to not disturb things.

Why is that? Im blonde haired green/yellow eyes I wonder if youd be scared of me.

I think maybe if you talk to a friend or expert you'll feel better. You have to face your fears to rid of them

lol! you need to see a psychiatrist man! plus there's a show on National Geographic called Phobias where people face they're greatest fears. maybe that could help too

Has there been a female londe that has hurt you in the past?
Are you afraid that they won't accept you for being darker skinned?
You need to realize that they aren't going to harm you.You really need to get to know them because otherwise you are going to look very prejudiced and many people won't understand your phobia.
You need to go to counseling or interact more with blonde people to help you get over this fear or you will seltrer yourself from the world.

You need to go to counseling so they can find out why you have this aversion and how you can resolve it.
