How do i discuss a problem with my father, urgent!!!!!!?

A year ago my father told me he was going to get a jeep and drive it around for a year and then hand it down to me for my 18th birthday, he never even told me he changed his mind he just showed up one day with a brand new $90,000 range rover! since then he has been spending money left and right he bought a 20,000 dollar sound system a 10,000 camera system for his house etc. now plans to buy my stepmother a 60,000 dollar jaguar. he has 4 cars over 50,000!! especially with him buying lavish things for my step mother i am cant help but feeling leftout.

i am now turning 18 and i asked him if he could get me a 15,000 used nissan. he says that he shouldnt have to spend money on buying me a car, and that it is too much. i even will pay the insurance and gas, i even offered to ask him just for a substantial downpayment and ill pay the rest with a job. he says that i am being selfish and concited.

i feel very dissapointed and betrayed by my father how should i talk this over with him?

it is urgent i need a car!!
My dad has 5 houses, he is loaded, not that i care becuase i love him no matter what, but a car deffinitely wont affect his financial situaution, i do not live with him. ive never given him any real problems i know of besides my mom but thats different he doesnt give her child support
 
no you dont need a car, you want a car, how come you are not asking him for some college tutition, you are turning 18 and you are so much into a job and not a college, anyway he can give you a car too since he have so many tell him to give you one of the fancy ones because he can only drive one at a time.
