How do I disconnect the security system in a 96 Acura TL for good?

I removed the entire ignition assembly due to the key not turning it any longer. It worked fine with a screwdriver for a while until the horn (security) started going off while sitting outside. now it will not even turn over and when I put the horn fuse in it is still going off.
