for some reason my interior lights are stuck on. all the doors are shut right. i dont have any wd40 to put on the little buttons that make the lights go off. my only solution is to disconnect all the lights so i'll be able to have power to drive to work in the morning.

we started removing the bulbs but some of them are kind of difficult to remove so i was wondering if there is a simple wire to disconnect or fuse to take out. i have no idea where something like that would be. if this is possible please let me know how to do it.

i have a '93 Ford Explorer

thanks
I checked the dimmer and I'll try to find the fuse.

Disconnecting the battery would definitely not be the easiest way.

unplug tonight, replug to go to work, unplug when i get to work, replug to go home, unplug when i get home.

no not very easy.

Check the dimmer switch to make sure it doesn't have the dome lights on. If that's not it, there is a fuse to pull and your owners manual will tell you where the fuse box is located and which fuse. It will be in the passenger compartment though as cars these days also have one under the hood.
