I've spent a lot of time alone, and I've developed a very serious outlook on life. Over the past month, I've tried to re-establish relationships with people, but its become stressful and I come across as boring. I find it hard to talk about anything humorous, because in my free time, I don't expose myself to anything. My depression has made me lose interest in going out and doing things I enjoy.
Can you suggest some tips? Maybe.. things to pick up on in a conversation and twist it into humor? Any suggestions will be appreciated.. Thank you.
